You can check in from 15:00. You need to check out by 11:00.
Cancellation Policy:
CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT:
Following your reservation request, In the first instance, we will send you a short e-mail confirming receipt of your reservation. About one week before your scheduled arrival date, we will process payment for the full amount of your booking against the credit card details provided and send you a detailed confirmation with our terms and conditions,Map location of the property, how to obtain the keys etc. Your booking will deem complete when funds have been cleared. Where there is a short lead time between the reservation and arrival dates, we will dispense with the short confirmation and send only the detailed confirmation.
When making the reservation please ensure you provide:-
1. The name of the card holder as it appears on the card
2. The full address, including postcode, where the card is registered.
3. If you are not the card holder, or where the reservation is made on your behalf, we will require a land-line contact telphone number to clear the reservation with the card holder.
We accept all major credit cards, INCLUDING AMERICAN EXPRESS, - All types of credit or debit cards are subject to a 2.99% handling charge. (Credit card charges are waivered if payment is made by cash. Please state method of payment.)
Please bring suitable identity (passport, driving licence etc.) with you. We reserve the right to verify both the credit card and your identity. The keys to the apartment will not be handed over until such time that our verification process is complete.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
A credit card required to secure your reservation at My-Places
1) 17.5% administration handling charges will apply to all cancellations outside 15 days. As a goodwill gesture, 50% of your total charges will be deducted from your next booking with us.
2) Cancellation between 14 and 4 days notice = a charge of 75% of total booking
3) Cancellation between 3 and 0 days notice = a charge of 100% of total booking
4) Where the reservation is made at any time during the two days prior to the arrival date, the reservation will be considered as final and non-refundable.
5) Unless otherwise specified, payment will be taken within seven days prior to the client taking up occupancy of the property.
Check in: from 15:00, Check out: by 11:00. Please note, if you would check-in after 10:00pm, you have to pay a subcharge of £40. We might not be able to process any bookings which are made after 18hrs for the same arrival day.
We charge £15 per hour for cleaning of exception mess eg. washing of plates, removal of beer cans and any such party items and the removal of tissues and rubbish from our apartment. repectfully ask you to clean up your mess before leaving. - PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE! DEFINITELY NO SMOKING! IN THE EVENT THAT YOU FIND IT NECESSARY TO SMOKE, IT WILL COST US £150.00 + MATERIALS TO CLEAN, FUMIGATE AND REPAINT THE PROPERTY WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT! SO, THANK YOU FOR NOT SMOKING! |
